Yes. Our solutions are fully compliant with the European PSD2 and GDPR standards. They meet all relevant legal and regulatory requirements and are designed to reliably cover new regulatory requirements. In addition, BANKSapi Technology GmbH is a payment institution under the Payment Services Supervision Act and is licensed by the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin).

We protect all processes and data through secure data transmission via TLS, state-of-the-art security mechanisms, and comprehensive measures for money laundering and fraud checks. This ensures that the entire payment and data flow remains protected at all times. On top of that BANKSapi is a licensed payment inistutution by the German Federal Supervisory Authority (BaFin) and has to fullfil high IT security requirements and strict organizational duties.

We have an affordable and modular pricing model that is based on the services used. We generally bill on a monthly basis per user, which gives you planning security because we do not bill based on the number of accounts or requests. You can significantly increase the added value with additional add-ons – So you only pay for what you need.
