Manuel Wanner-Behr (38) joins the management of Munich-based open banking and open finance specialist BANKSapi Technology GmbH as Co-CEO with immediate effect.
Before his current position, Mr. Wanner-Behr held several management roles within the W&W Group. His positions included management at Adam Riese GmbH and W&W Interaction Solutions GmbH. In these positions, he gained extensive knowledge of the financial industry and its digital opportunities and challenges. Mr. Wanner-Behr, who began his career as a banker and later worked as a product manager at a platform specializing in banking and fund services, is also one of the co-founders of “treefin AG”. This company, founded as a venture of Finconomy AG, was one of the first FinTech and InsurTech companies in Germany to pioneer the creation of financial homes.
