- We have a BaFin license as a payment institution in accordance with the Payment Services Directive 2 (PSD2). This means that we are demonstrably obliged to comply with high security standards and are subject to regulatory monitoring by the German Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) and the German Federal Bank (Bundesbank)
- By implementing and complying with the German regulation "ZAIT", we have aligned our information security processes and procedures with ISO 270001
- Like any other regulated institution, we are subject to the DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act)
