We are continuously working to make our web content accessible. In doing so, we are guided by the applicable legal requirements and recognised industry standards (e.g. EU Directive 2019/882, BFSG, WCAG).

Our aim is to develop digital services and products that can be used by all people, regardless of their individual abilities. To this end, we are committed to inclusive and user-friendly design.

1. Current status of compliance with the requirements

Our website and web applications are currently partially compliant with the requirements of the Accessibility Improvement Act.

We regularly carry out a self-assessment to check compliance with the requirement to ensure accessible websites.

2. Non-barrier-free content

In principle, the content is accessible to all user groups. We are also continuing to work on improving accessibility. Some of the content listed below is partially not yet barrier-free:

  • PDF documents and contact forms
  • Some design elements and keyboard focus do not have the necessary colour contrast
  • Some of the texts are still complicated
  • Alternative texts for graphics
  • Link texts

3. Description of services

BANKSapi Technology GmbH offers application and programming interfaces for retrieving account information such as balances or account transactions. SEPA payments such as credit transfers or direct debits can also be made.

In addition, other services based on data analyses can be used, such as financial analyses of private households, credit checks, identity verification or sales impulses.

5. Enforcement procedure and market surveillance

If you do not receive a satisfactory response after contacting us, you can contact the competent market surveillance authority. The responsible market surveillance authority is the German authority “Marktüberwachungsstelle der Länder für die Barrierefreiheit von Produkten und Dienstleistungen (MLBF) in Magdeburg, Sachsen-Anhalt”.
